Liny's Dive Life My Kapas Trip By Guppy on 9/8/2006 4:49 PM
I am a bit lazy to upload photos... Let's just conclude all the rest here. Friends, share my trip experience with me here. I enjoy the trip although Kapas doesn't have the best coral reef or fishes, but we saw our baby- Puteri Kapas. She has passed away, but she will always be my baby :)

Dive at Coral Garden (Part I)
Liny's Dive Life My Kapas Trip By Guppy on 8/30/2006 12:52 PM
We did our 1st dive about 10am in the morning. There were 8 of us followed 1 dive master. In fact, i think he had against the rule as from our understanding, the maximum pax a dive master could leads is up to 4 divers. (mmmm... perhaps because of $$$$$)Putting the nice coral reef aside from this topic, we were so pissed off as 2 of our friends- Siew Yin and Yuen Lung were left behind from the group during our dive underwater. This is how the story goes: We did the sinking together after we jump-off the boat. Siew Yin was not able to sink due to lack of weight. With mutual understanding, her buddy Yuan Lung must helped up and both of them float up to get extra weight from the boat. Know what? The dive master didn't awere they were out of group!!!!!! everybody gone when they went underwater again... ! I was so guilty for not notice that too... But thanks God! they were so lucky enough to find us back with the direction given by the boatman.

On the Island
Liny's Dive Life My Kapas Trip By Guppy on 8/30/2006 11:57 AM
When we reached there, the crew of Merdeka underwater painting was on their way to leave the island. According to them, it was so adventures when they did the painting as everybody were surrounded by jelly fishes! They even need to assign few experience divers to be the "Jelly Fish" master to against this poisonous creature! Hero!

We chose MGH boat services for the return transfer. We met a new friend on the boat, Abu. He is an experience diver who has been to Maldives, Australia, South Africa, Sipadan and even join Wife Life several times for sea cleaning. He is a nice man!

At Marang Jetty
Liny's Dive Life My Kapas Trip By Guppy on 8/29/2006 9:13 PM
We parked our car at Pepsy's house. Yong Wen sent us to Marang Jetty, and we were transferred to speedboat service which cost us RM30 per pax for return tickets. Kapas Island is not very far from Marang, it's just 15 mins away and speedboat services are quite frequence.
