The dive master told us the morning diving trip would start at 10am and advised us need not go to the dive shop too early. We start walking to the dive shop by 9:30am plan to reach there by 9:45am. We saw the dive master with 4 divers on the boat and went out before 9:45am! So we went to clarify with the Dive shop and the white board clearly stated there the dive start at 10am.

 

The owner of the dive shop is very kind. She knew that we were very unhappy with the arrangement. She offered us a free snookering trip on the other site of the island. Well the snookering area was a good one. We saw more fishes and coral as compared to yesterday dive. We were lucky enough to see a jellyfish attacked by a group of fishes. We recorded the entire “show”. The Italy couple went to snookering with us. We become good friends now.

 

After we get back to the dive shop, the dive master was back. He argued with us that he went out at 10am. There is an Italy couple was as bad luck as us (I am not sure if this is bad luck or we met the irresponsible dive master). The last statement come from the mouth of the dive master was “They (the other divers) have 8 dives with me, how many dive you have with me? They need to leave early.”

 

Well, we still register for a dive with him, as there is no other dive master available in the dive shop. The dive site we planned to go this trip is called “The lost coral”. This sounds good. Unfortunately we descended after 10 minutes. The reason was there are too many jellyfishes. We change dive site to “Umbrella Rock”. Nothing was seen in the new dive site. It seems like a discovery dive or a revision class to all of us. We felt being cheated.

 

It was not a good day for diving but we have a wonderful dinner at Qimi. The dishes were fantastic. The Italy couple joined us and we had wonderful experience sharing session.
